Το Athens Digital Arts Festival (ADAF), το κορυφαίο φεστιβάλ ψηφιακών τεχνών της Ελλάδας, για άλλη μια φορά αποδεικνύει γιατί αποτελεί σημείο αναφοράς στον παγκόσμιο ψηφιακό πολιτισμό! Με ασταμάτητη δυναμική και πρωτοποριακό όραμα, το ADAF, ως leader του προγράμματος Chromosphere, έφερε στην Ευρώπη την απόλυτη εμπειρία εμβύθισης, τον περιοδεύουν θόλο που φιλοξενήθηκε σε 5 Ευρωπαϊκές χώρες (Πολωνία, Γαλλία, Ιταλία, Ελλάδα, Ουγγαρία) και φιλοξένησε προβολές 360°, δυναμικές performances, ομιλίες, εργαστήρια και δράσεις για μικρούς και μεγάλους, σε συνεργασία με κορυφαίους καλλιτέχνες και δημιουργούς από όλο τον κόσμο.
Το ταξίδι του Chromosphere ήταν επηρεασμένο από την παράδοση του περιοδεύοντος τσίρκου, μετατρέποντας δημόσιους χώρους και πολιτιστικούς χώρους σε ζωντανά κέντρα δημιουργικότητας και κριτικής σκέψης. Κάθε στάση ήταν επιμελημένη για να προσφέρει μια μοναδική εμπειρία, συνδυάζοντας την πρωτοποριακή καλλιτεχνική έκφραση με επείγοντα κοινωνικά μηνύματα.

Το Chromosphere ταξίδεψε σε πέντε πόλεις της Ευρώπης. Το ταξίδι ξεκίνησε τον Οκτώβριο του 2024 στην Κρακοβία, συνεχίστηκε στη Λυόν και τη Ρώμη, κορυφώθηκε την άνοιξη του 2025 στην Αθήνα, ενώ τελευταίος σταθμός ήταν το Ντέμπρεσεν. Σε δημόσια, κεντρικά σημεία των πόλεων όπου παρουσιάστηκε ένα dome (θόλος), αλλά και σε εγκαταστάσεις σύγχρονου πλανητάριου, δημιουργήθηκε μια εμπειρία τόσο συναρπαστική που οι επισκέπτες ένιωσαν ότι μεταφέρθηκαν στο μέλλον.
Το Chromosphere λειτούργησε και ως πλατφόρμα για αλλαγή, προωθώντας ενεργά κρίσιμους πυλώνες ενός βιώσιμου μέλλοντος.Μέσα από τις αφηγήσεις, τις καλλιτεχνικές συνεργασίες, τα εργαστήρια για μικρούς και μεγάλους, καθώς και τις δημόσιες συζητήσεις, το Chromosphere έριξε φως σε ζητήματα ισότητας των φύλων και γιόρτασε διαφορετικές φωνές. Επίσης, σε ευθυγράμμιση με την Ευρωπαϊκή Πράσινη Συμφωνία, το έργο ενσωμάτωσε θέματα περιβαλλοντικής βιωσιμότητας και ενθάρρυνε το κοινό να αναλογιστεί τον ρόλο του στην οικοδόμηση ενός πιο πράσινου μέλλοντος.
"Το Chromosphere ήταν κάτι περισσότερο από ένα περιοδεύον φεστιβάλ, ήταν μια πρωτόγνωρη 360° εμπειρία," δηλώνει ο Ηλίας Χατζηχριστοδούλου, Ιδρυτής και Διευθυντής του ADAF, festival leader του Chromosphere. "Είμαστε απίστευτα περήφανοι για το ταξίδι του θόλου. Η δέσμευσή μας στην τέχνη και την καινοτομία για ακόμα μια φορά άγγιξε εκατοντάδες κόσμου σε όλη της Ευρώπη και μας έδωσε έμπνευση για τα πιο ευφάνταστα και ρηξικέλευθα μελλοντικά projects. Τίποτα δεν είναι ακατόρθωτο όταν τα ευρωπαϊκά φεστιβάλ συνεργάζονται με κοινό όραμα."

Chromosphere: Europe's Ultimate Fulldome Experience
Chromosphere, ADAF's innovative project funded by the European Union, proudly announces the successful completion of its transformative European tour, which focused on groundbreaking 360° Immersive Fulldome Experiences. After captivating audiences across Europe, the Chromosphere dome leaves a significant legacy of artistic creation and innovation in digital culture.
The Athens Digital Arts Festival (ADAF), Greece's premier digital arts festival, once again proves why it's a benchmark in global digital culture! With relentless momentum and a pioneering vision, ADAF, as the leader of the Chromosphere program, brought the ultimate immersive experience to Europe. Its touring dome visited five European countries (Poland, France, Italy, Greece, Hungary) and hosted 360° projections, dynamic performances, talks, workshops, and activities for all ages, in collaboration with leading artists and creators from around the world.
Chromosphere's journey was inspired by the tradition of the traveling circus, transforming public spaces and cultural venues into vibrant centers of creativity and critical thinking. Each stop was curated to offer a unique experience, combining cutting-edge artistic expression with urgent social messages.

Chromosphere traveled to five cities in Europe. The journey began in October 2024 in Krakow, continued to Lyon and Rome, culminated in Spring 2025 in Athens, with Debrecen as the final stop. In prominent public locations in the cities where a dome was presented, as well as in modern planetarium facilities, an experience so thrilling was created that visitors felt transported to the future.
Chromosphere also served as a platform for change, actively promoting critical pillars of a sustainable future. Through its narratives, artistic collaborations, workshops for all ages, and public discussions, Chromosphere shed light on gender equality issues and celebrated diverse voices. Additionally, in alignment with the European Green Deal, the project integrated themes of environmental sustainability and encouraged the audience to reflect on their role in building a greener future.
